We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the information below to understand our policy regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.

 

Made-to-Order Prints.

To reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint, all of our prints are made specifically for your order. Because of this:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection or other personal preferences.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt personalised or made-to-order items from the standard 14-day return period.

These include details about paper type and finish, sizing, colour variation, and care instructions. Since all prints are made-to-order, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations for preferences or misunderstandings covered in these materials.

Cancellations.

As all prints are made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check all orders details before checking out.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Orders / Replacements.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

To report a problem:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue and the packaging (if damaged)
  • A description of the problem

We aim to resolve issues promptly and will typically offer a free replacement unless the item cannot be replaced or you specifically request a refund.

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues not related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.


Perceived Print Quality or Appearance.

We do our best to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent the final print. Please note:

  • Colour appearance can vary slightly due to your monitor and device screen settings. Every device/monitor has a different capability to accurately display colours.
  • As with all printed artwork, subtle differences in tone or texture may occur based on size and material, but these do not affect the overall quality or visual appeal of the piece.
  • We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for subjective dissatisfaction, such as perceived image quality, colour tone, or how the artwork appears in person.

To maintain high standards, we personally test each photograph in both Colour and Black & White before making the print available in our collection. This helps ensure colour accuracy, resolution quality, and overall print clarity, so you can purchase with confidence.

If you believe your print differs significantly from what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We assess these cases individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution.

 

Environmental Impact | Charity Donations.

For every print you purchase, 4 trees will be planted to support reforestation, and 50 plastic bottles will be removed from our oceans, protecting marine life. This donation is made automatically with every print you buy, no extra steps needed. 

Trees are planted by EarthLungs Reforestation Foundation & Veritree in partnership with thegoodapi.com. Plastic pollution is reduced in collaboration with theGoodAPI and Plastic Bank.

At checkout, you may choose to make an optional donation to plant additional trees. These donations go directly towards verified tree-planting initiatives.

Please note:
Any additional trees added by you at checkout are treated as charitable contributions and are non-refundable.

 

Lost Deliveries.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal or courier service to deliver it on time. While delays are rare, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, strikes, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

All UK orders include free delivery with tracked shipping. If your print hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate or send a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
