Shipping policy

Delivery Area:

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

United Kingdom: 6 – 10 business days

Please note:

All UK orders include free delivery with tracked shipping.

There is no guarantee that your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time and once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal or courier service to deliver it on time. While delays are rare, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, strikes, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

 

Lost Deliveries:

If your print hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate or send a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

All UK orders are printed and shipped within the UK. This means there are no import taxes or customs charges, guaranteed.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Orders / Replacements.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

To report a problem:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A photo clearly showing the issue and the packaging (if damaged)
    • A description of the problem

    We aim to resolve issues promptly and will typically offer a free replacement unless the item cannot be replaced or you specifically request a refund.

    We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues not related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
